Q) I purchased an audio download, but I haven’t received an email with download instructions?
A) Download emails are sent within moments of a purchase (occasionally it can take up to an hour). If you do not see the email, 95% of the time it has been stopped by a spam filter. To correct this from reoccurring, go into your spam folder and locate the file. Then right-click on the message in the list and select 'add as safe-sender' or 'add domain @limitlessness.com as safe sender'. This prevents future emails from being blocked.
If you don’t see the download in your spam folder, your Internet Service Provider may have provided you with online spam filtering, In this case, follow their instructions on finding the email and adding us to your 'Safe Senders' list. Please email support@limitlessness.com if you need a new download email for your purchase.
Q) How do I download a file to my computer and play it?
- Limitlessness audio files are created in mp3 format. All computers have the ability to play these files. You can also load them on portable mp3 players such as Zunes or Ipods. To listen on your computer, make sure your speakers or headphones are connected and switched on.
- First choose broadband or dialup files. The dialup files are of lower audio quality, but they have a smaller file size and better for those with dial-up modems. The broadband files sound much better but are of a larger file size, therefore requiring a broadband connection to download.
- To keep a file on your computer, you must first save it. Do not simply click on the filename (e.g. FreedomEx1_dialup.mp3) on the screen as this only plays the file and does not save it.
- Right-click on the filename (CTRL-click on Macs) and a menu pops up from which you should select the item most resembling 'Save (Target/Link) As'. This will bringb up a menu of folders on your computer. A good default location, such as your desktop, might be the standard setting. Make a note of where the file is being saved. If unfamiliar with the process, select your desktop as the target location. This way, the file will appear as a clickable link on your computers desktop/background.
- If not on your desktop, locate where you saved the file and click on it. This will open your computer’s default mp3 player and the file will start playing. If you get an error, close that program and instead 'right-click' on the file and select 'open with' and select a program such as Windows Media Player or Itunes.
Q) How do I make a CD of an MP3?
A) This will vary according to your computer, but it’s generally quite simple. Most computers come with a CD burner. Insert a blank 80-minute CD into your computer. Open the audio file with your computer’s mp3 player and then look for the option to 'Burn Disc'. Both Itunes and Windows Media Player walk you through this with east.
Q) Can I play WMV files on a Mac?
A) Generally MP4 video files are provided for Mac and iPod users. However often the WMV files are higher quality. To play a wmv video file on a MAc you will need to download and install some free Microsoft software.

Q) I have just joined the Audio Circle. How do I get my password?
A) Automatically upon joining, you will receive an email of the current month's audio download links. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder. Within 72 hours (usually much quicker) you will receive a second email with your log-in information and password. With that information, you will be able to access the Audio Circle downloads via the log-in box on the main Audio Circle page here.
